We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced concierge professionals with strong backgrounds in client service, practical problem-solving, and real-world domain expertise. This role supports an exciting collaboration with a leading frontier AI research laboratory focused on advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems through domain-specific deliverables and review workflows. Selected professionals will create deliverables based on common requests within their professional domain and review peer-developed outputs to support AI research quality. This opportunity is especially well-suited to concierge professionals with strong written communication skills, independent working ability, and hands-on experience handling service-oriented requests, client expectations, and high-touch coordination workflows.
