The role involves data mining, reporting, and generating insights to aid decision-making with internal partners and retailers. Responsibilities Prepare and deliver category and sales analytic reports using syndicated data sources Develop, maintain, and update sales tools, dashboards, and scorecards to track performance Support category storytelling by translating data into clear, actionable insights Assist in preparation of customer-facing presentations and internal reporting materials Conduct data extraction, validation, and basic analysis to support business initiatives Participate in ad hoc analyses and cross-functional projects as assigned Other projects and duties as assigned Skills 1-2+ years' experience working with syndicated data and/or supporting retailer presentations, or equivalent analytical experience, bachelor's degree preferred Working knowledge of data extraction, manipulation, and basic analytical techniques Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to build charts, tables, and presentations Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages and interpret graphs and trends Ability to analyze complex data sets and distill findings into simple, actionable insights Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment General understanding of the beer category, syndicated data sources, and retail chains is a plus Benefits Medical & Dental Insurance (options available for dependents) Basic Term Life and AD&D Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Account Employee Assistance Program PTO 401k Match Paid Caregiver Leave Profit Sharing Company Overview Having Fun, Brewing world Class Beers, Making our Love and Talent Manifest, Innovation in Craft Beer.
