They are seeking a Bilingual Account Executive who will partner with existing customers to expand product offerings and manage the entire sales cycle. This role involves high-volume outreach, achieving sales goals, and utilizing Salesforce to organize sales activities. Responsibilities β’ Partner with existing customers to expand their product offerings to help their business grow. β’ Conduct high-volume outbound outreach and discovery (often in Spanish) to uncover pain points and educate prospects on how brightwheel can solve their business challenges. β’ Own the entire sales cycle, from generating qualified leads to booking and holding demos to closing deals. β’ Be accountable for achieving monthly revenue and unit goals. β’ Utilize Salesforce to manage all sales activities and pipeline, keeping information organized and up-to-date. β’ Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position brightwheel products. Skills β’ Fluent (speaking/reading/writing) in Spanish β’ Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills to balance multiple priorities. β’ Naturally competitive and resilient, energized by challenges, and motivated to exceed goals. β’ Able to quickly learn and adapt and to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequent change. β’ Proactive in seeking feedback and coaching, with a growth mindset and desire to continuously improve. β’ Consultative in their sales approach, with the ability to ask effective questions, uncover pain points, and help prospects think differently about their business.
