RemoteHunter is connecting candidates with a company that operates in the commercial and home services industries, providing a photo documentation and productivity app. The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will serve as the primary support contact for Spanish-speaking users, delivering technical assistance and ensuring equal support and resources for Spanish-speaking contractors. Responsibilities Provide technical support via email, chat, phone, and Zoom, resolving complex app and integration issues Serve as the primary support contact for Spanish-speaking users Create and maintain bilingual Help Docs, including translating and updating content Translate in-app content, marketing materials, and business terminology for various teams Manage and update Spanish video content in collaboration with other departments Troubleshoot issues, document bugs and feature requests using Jira, BugSnag, and Datadog Support Sales and Customer Success with outreach, account conversion, retention, and collections for Spanish-speaking customers Train new hires, contribute to internal knowledge bases, and assist in hiring processes Skills 1-2 years of customer-facing support experience; technical, SaaS, or technology environment experience preferred Full fluency in English and Spanish, including translation with a focus on SaaS and business terminology Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical problem-solving approach Clear written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset Continuous growth mindset with a focus on learning and improvement Creativity and innovation in problem-solving Experience with help desk platforms like Help Scout, Intercom, or Zendesk is a plus Experience writing or translating technical or marketing content preferred Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Guru, BugSnag, or Datadog is a plus Benefits Equity Other benefits (not specified) Company Overview RemoteHunter is your dedicated AI job search assistant, turning the job hunt from a slow, individual effort into a quicker, smarter, and guided experience by streamlining each step of the process and speeding up your path to the right career opportunities.
