Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Newfound Research is a co-sponsor and sub-advisor for the Return Stacked® ETF suite, offering capital-efficient investment solutions. The Associate of Advisor Solutions will support the external sales team by prospecting and engaging advisors, maintaining CRM hygiene, and developing fluency in portfolio concepts. Responsibilities Prospect new advisor leads through targeted call and email campaigns Support external wholesalers with follow-up, scheduling, and relationship continuity Clean and enrich lead lists, identifying high-opportunity prospects and routing them appropriately Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy in HubSpot Develop fluency in return stacking concepts, portable alpha, and our ETF lineup Skills 2+ years in internal sales or distribution support within asset management (strong 1-year candidates with the right profile will be considered) Experience with ETFs, mutual funds, or alternative investment products Familiarity with the independent RIA channel Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus) Intellectually curious, comfortable with complexity, high agency CAIA designation is a plus (we'll support you in getting it) Benefits Pro-rata participation in firm-wide profit pool Full health benefits Unlimited PTO Remote work A seat at a fast-growing firm where your contributions matter and your growth path is clear Company Overview Newfound is a financial technology and product innovation firm.
