The Opportunity Dash0 is scaling its US Enterprise Sales organization, and we're looking for a Regional Director to lead the charge. You'll build, coach, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on acquiring new logos across the United States. This isn't a maintenance role — you'll work directly with leadership to define the US Enterprise Sales playbook from the ground up, shaping how Dash0 wins in one of its most strategic markets. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives in the US market Own and drive team revenue targets, pipeline health, and forecasting cadence Recruit and retain top sales talent — you'll be responsible for building your own team from hire to high-performer Define and iterate on the US Enterprise Sales motion, from prospecting strategy to deal execution and expansion Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, and Solutions Architecture to generate and convert pipeline Implement structured coaching rhythms, deal reviews, and pipeline management disciplines across your team Represent Dash0 at industry events, customer meetings, and executive briefings as the face of US Enterprise Sales What You Bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing an enterprise sales team A consistent track record of exceeding team revenue targets in a metrics-driven environment Experience building or scaling a sales team from the ground up — hiring, onboarding, and coaching AEs through their first deals Strong deal execution skills with a command of value-based sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar) Ability to operate as a player-coach — leading by example in the field while developing your team behind the scenes Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both with customers and internal stakeholders Nice to Have Experience selling observability, DevOps, or cloud-native infrastructure products Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem Existing relationships with enterprise technology leaders in the US Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment Why Dash0 This is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company.
