We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support & Content Moderation Operator to help maintain a safe and high-quality platform. Your work will directly impact user experience and the overall trust of our community. Location: Remote ⏰ Shift: CET timezone — Shift: 12:00–18:00 COT (UTC-5) / 18:00–00:00 CET (UTC+1) Days: Monday to Friday (6 hours/day) Contract Type: Independent Contractor Languages Required: Spanish + English must have (Italian nice to have) Compensation: $300/month fixed + $60 bonus Tasks What You’ll Do Monitor and moderate ads to ensure compliance with our guidelines Identify and remove spam or inappropriate content Perform content checks using internal tools (no phone or live chat involved) Ensure a smooth and clean user experience across our platform Report to your manager during daily remote check-ins Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and consistency in following rules Good familiarity with back-office tools and digital environments Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Bonus Italian or Portoguese (written and spoken) Ability to work independently and meet daily quality standards Availability to work 5 days per week , 6 hours per day , during the assigned Mon-Fri 12:00–18:00 COT (UTC-5) / 18:00–00:00 CET (UTC+1) Benefits What We Offer Fixed monthly salary of $300 + $60 bonus Ongoing and stable collaboration Flexible remote work with clear responsibilities Minimum commitment: 6 months Training provided (2 days) before starting live operations Supportive team and structured daily workflow If you’re looking for consistent remote work and have an eye for quality, apply now.
