Back To Openings Quality Control Specialist � Italian (Freelance / Remote) Department: Production Location: Italy START YOUR APPLICATION What About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our remote team supporting a generative AI evaluation initiative. This is a QC-focused role where you�ll ensure quality and consistency in annotation outputs, provide structured feedback to contributors, and help maintain high standards across the workflow. What You�ll Do Analyze quality and performance of content based on project criteria Provide actionable feedback to contributors during review and training sessions Help identify trends and quality issues, and communicate them to the team Support QC assessment prior to final delivery Add and refine quality assumptions when needed Evaluate potential QA/Reviewer quality during QC stages Participate in training and guideline alignment activities Requirements Native or near-native Italian (IT) Strong command of English (guidelines and training are in English) Excellent fact-checking, analytical, and research skills Experience in quality control, QA, review, or related annotation workflows Ability to follow evolving guidelines and maintain consistent quality Qualification Process Short Fact-Checking Evaluation Test (10 questions) Passing score: 70% Immediate result If passed: Mandatory Training Session (~45 minutes) Golden Sets with feedback sessions to align quality standards What We Offer 100% remote work Flexible freelance engagement Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI quality workflows Priority access to ongoing QC and production phases How to Apply Please include your LinkedIn profile link and your most updated CV when submitting your application.
