We deliver comprehensive mission lifecycle solutions for challenges in natural, built, and digital environments, offering tailored and secure solutions to meet our customers' diverse and evolving needs. **About the Role** We are seeking a full-time project manager to support our GDS Market Sector in expeditionary, troop-led construction efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with the Customer Engagement Directorate program managers and team members to assist our clients develop whole of engineering approach and associated digital solutions for a variety of mission critical expeditionary construction efforts in logistically constrained and austere locations in the Pacific region. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and oversee project teams in the field of expeditionary engineering, ensuring the successful execution of projects in the Pacific region. * Develop and implement project strategies, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and resource allocation, to meet project objectives and timelines. * Assist Program Managers manage and control project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to financial guidelines. * Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government authorities. * Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement timely mitigation measures. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality standards throughout project execution. * Travel to logistically constrained, austere locations in the Pacific to assist joint engineering units successfully construct required mission critical infrastructure (i.e., waterfront and airfield). * Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other relevant records. **What You’ll Bring** * Experience working closely with diverse military and civilian organizations to provide whole of engineering support. * Knowledgeable and experienced planner that can assist customers in refining requirements to achieve critical objectives. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. * Experience preparing and providing presentations in public and project settings. * Experience writing technical reports and project documentation. * Willingness for occasional travel within the Pacific region. * Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Project. * Demonstrated and verifiable leadership experience. * Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with team members, customers, and consulting partners from a broad spectrum of disciplines. * Ability to translate complex engineering solutions into easily understandable ideas for customers. **Required Experience** * At least 10 years’ progressive leadership experience leading multidisciplinary teams in expeditionary engineering. * Proven experience in project management, specifically in expeditionary engineering or construction projects. * Experience in applying risk assessment and mitigation strategies by leveraging skills, experience, and education to build a better, more resilient, and sustainable mission critical waterfront infrastructure, airfields, transportation and logistics, environment and natural resource, facility, and public safety business services. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. * History of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently. * Ability to provide high-level technical design oversight. * Willingness to mentor staff. * Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high-quality work. * Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally. **Additional Requirements** * US Citizenship required to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance. **Compensation and Benefits** * Expected Salary: $150,000 per year * arenaflex provides a comprehensive compensation package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and education programs. **Location Requirements** * The position will primarily work remotely. * Preference will be given to those who reside in Honolulu or Guam. **EEO Commitment** arenaflex is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced project manager looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
