Job Description

The National Basketball Association (NBA) is a global sports and media organization, and they are seeking a Project Employee for the Partner Integration team. This role involves managing day-to-day project operations for partner campaigns across various NBA social and digital platforms, while also contributing to the creation and publishing of branded content. Responsibilities Maintain project tracking calendars to support team organization and execution timelines Organize, maintain, and update notes, key documents, and other resource materials across projects Assist in managing video and graphic creation requests, including approvals for content, copy, and post timing Coordinate the publishing of branded content posts with NBA social and digital publishing teams Monitor branded content trends and review metrics to optimize content and increase views and engagement across NBA platforms Contribute ideas for developing partner branded content packages Communicate and collaborate with multiple internal departments to support cross-functional initiatives Skills Strong knowledge of the NBA, including players, teams, storylines, statistics, standings, history, and the league calendar; actively consumes NBA content on a daily basis Understanding of the NBA's social voice Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of platforms like Airtable and how to integrate AI into operational workflows Ability to work effectively under deadlines and incorporate feedback quickly and accurately Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally as part of a team Willingness to work a flexible schedule, as this position may include working days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on the NBA calendar Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or related field Benefits Medical Short-term disability Mental health coaching/therapy Sick time Company Overview The National Basketball Association (NBA) is a global sports and media organization with the mission to inspire and connect people everywhere through the power of basketball.
