Boston Children's Hospital is dedicated to detecting, predicting, and preventing seizures in children. The Program Coordinator I will coordinate activities and functions of the Loddenkemper Lab program to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinates activities and daily operations of a program May prepare or assist in preparation of proposal for funding and/or funding continuation from outside sponsors Confers with staff and others to provide technical advice, provide problem solving assistance and answer questions about the program and its goals. Refers inquiries to others as needed May prepare or assists in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies May review applications or other program documents in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program May assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts Drafts written communication and promotional literature May assist in planning workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinates logistics, scheduling and participant communications Interacts and maintains liaison with staff, faculty and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives Skills Associate's or equivalent experience is required 1 year of relevant experience is required Company Overview Boston Children's Hospital is a 404-bed comprehensive center for pediatric health care.
