About the Role: As HiFi Audio Trainer – Benelux You’ll support, in-house staff, retailers and press, ensuring they have the knowledge and stories to present our products and brands with confidence and expertise. You will join the EU Product Training Team of 5 full-time employees and execute digital training and event in Benelux and wider European region. What You Will Do: Execute our BNLX training strategy and calendar Deliver engaging product training at events for staff, partners, and end-users Create compelling commercial and technical training materials Manage and update content on our digital training portal Share technical product knowledge with internal and external stakeholders Support key trade shows and dealer events across Europe What You Need to Be Successful: Audio/Hi-Fi or Home Cinema specialist, passionate about our heritage brands such as Bowers & Wilkins, Marantz, Denon 5+ years’ Audio and/or electronics experience Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills Fluent in English and Dutch (Dutch preferred) Product Training Expertise: Skilled in instructional design and digital learning Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of audio and home cinema technologies Communication: Confident presenter with excellent stakeholder engagement skills Customer Focus: Committed to enabling partners and end-users to succeed Brand Advocacy: Passionate about representing and promoting premium heritage brands Adaptability: Comfortable navigating change and evolving technologies Cultural Awareness: Able to work effectively across diverse European markets What We Offer: Flexible work environment, allowing for full-time remote work globally for positions that can be performed outside a HARMAN or customer location.
