Job Description
We are seeking a certified Personal Trainer with a Nutritional education to design and deliver safe, effective, and engaging fitness programs tailored to individual client goals. The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one online support to clients in achieving their health and wellness objectives, and promote sustainable lifestyle habits. Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized training plans based on the Fitmate Program Lead training sessions with proper technique, motivation, and safety in mind Track progress and adjust programs as needed Educate clients on exercise, nutrition, and healthy living practices Maintain a professional, supportive, and encouraging environment Have a home gym space and some equipment to hold the classes from Have the Nutritional education background to offer advice and planning during the sessions, with support from Fitmate.
