Your primary responsibilities will include: * Consulting with customers on their rental needs and maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services * Overcoming customer objections and ensuring that customers receive world-class customer service and sales support * Shuttling customers to and from our locations * Ensuring vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, which includes cleaning vehicles, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers * Consult with customers on their rental needs and maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services * Overcome customer objections and ensure that customers receive world-class customer service and sales support * Shuttling customers to and from our locations * Ensure vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, which includes: + Cleaning vehicles + Assessing damage + Fueling + Refilling all fluids **Qualifications** * Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Ability to possess all auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above * Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to: + Sitting + Standing + Walking + Bending and twisting + Climbing + Driving + Pushing and pulling + Speaking + Hearing + Writing + Lifting + Seeing + Reading * Knowledge of equipment operation, including: + Computer terminal + Telephone + Calculator + Copy machine + Fax machine **Benefits and Perks** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that supports their physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
