Job Description In the assigned Job Role of Package Principal, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Drive strategic analysis of business needs, translating them into comprehensive technical requirements while providing expert guidance on their impact on ERP design and functionality ⦁ Provide expert insights on ERP solution architecture, to ensure scalability, high performance, and readiness for future growth ⦁ Lead the creation of advanced custom solutions, offering technical direction and ensuring adherence to coding and configuration best practices ⦁ Oversee overall strategy for system integration including ERP integration standards and provide expert guidance on data migration methodologies, to ensure accuracy, validation, and alignment with business objectives ⦁ Drive performance optimization initiatives, establishing benchmarks and innovating strategies to maximize system efficiency, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards ⦁ Oversee the creation of comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and design strategic knowledge transfer programs, to ensure system users and technical teams are fully equipped to maintain and utilize the ERP solution effectively Your contribution to the team: ⦁ A strategic vision for aligning technical solutions with evolving business goals and industry trends ⦁ Extensive experience in ERP architecture, customization, and enterprise-level integration ⦁ In-depth knowledge of compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and system optimization methodologies ⦁ Strong client and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business needs. ⦁ A collaborative mindset to drive innovation and ensure project success. Understand their business needs, market dynamics, and goals to develop tailored digital marketing solutions. Business & Marketing Alignment: Bridge the gap between client business objectives and digital marketing strategies. Develop marketing plans that drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and improve customer engagement. Comprehensive Digital Marketing Expertise: Offer in-depth knowledge and expertise across a wide range of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, display advertising, and more. Data-Driven Insights & Optimization: Leverage analytics and data insights to track campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize digital marketing strategies. Technology & Platform Selection: Advise clients on the selection and implementation of appropriate marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Innovation & Trend Forecasting: Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new tools and strategies to enhance client campaigns. Client Success & Communication: Deliver exceptional client experiences through proactive communication, clear reporting, and insightful recommendations. Maintain open and transparent communication channels to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term trust. Additional Details Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows: In CA/WA/NY/CO/MD/IL/MN/NJ/VT/MA: $127,000 to $181,000 In Washington, DC: $126,700 to $165,000
