Grade E - £26,732 (National) or £32,588 (London - for London office based or home-based workers within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £600 per annum for those working from home. As an Operations Support Senior Administrator, you’ll provide high quality, effective enabling administrative support for the Operations group. You’ll act as a dedicated point of contact to ensure escalation of risks or issues to senior managers as required. You will provide high quality, effective enabling administrative support within the Operations Hub including responding to planned and reactive requests for the Operations Group. The role You’ll be key in helping us deliver our work. In this role, you’ll: Provide administrative support: Such as quality and risk panels, monitoring of services and enforcement, and team meetings, including arranging dates and venues, preparation of materials and recording appropriate notes/actions. Liaise with external stakeholders: Such as answer email enquiries and provide support to our external stakeholders. Collaborative working: You will cross work with the different teams within the department and wider organisation including the Team Personal Assistant network to ensure adequate and appropriate support provision for senior managers. Monitor performance: You will support the effective monitoring of your own individual and team performance information and ensure appropriate escalation of risks and concerns. Show us We will be looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience in your application form: Individual and Collaborative working: Show how you’ve been proactive in approach, able to work independently and also collaboratively across teams and respond flexibly to directorate demands and priority needs. Proven ability to capture precise information and support external stakeholders: Demonstrate how you’ve captured accurate information in a fast-paced environment, such as actions/decisions in high level meetings and how you have supported external stakeholders. Strong IT and organisational skills: Evidence your use of tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other internal systems to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
