Operations Coordinator (Recruiting Operations) – Remote | Full-Time | $26.50–$31.25/hr Company: OBStat, LLC Location: Remote (U.S. Residents only) Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Compensation: $26.50 – $31.25 per hour + Full Benefits About the Role OBStat is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Coordinator to support our recruiting operations team. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for clinicians and clients throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. Leveraging UKG’s Recruiting Gateway platform integrated with industry-leading job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed, you will help manage end-to-end recruiting operations, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency in a fast-paced, remote environment. What You’ll Do As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment workflows, systems, and stakeholder coordination: Coordinate and schedule clinician interviews across multiple stakeholders Support recruiters with administrative and operational tasks Manage candidate data, records, and workflows within ATS/CRM systems Facilitate lead generation, outreach, and candidate communications Initiate background checks and reference verifications Maintain interview calendars and ensure timely follow-ups Process credentialing, scheduling, and onboarding activities for clinicians Support HRIS and time management system updates Assist with contractor (1099) lifecycle management and documentation Provide responsive customer service to clinicians and internal teams Support reporting and audit processes (weekly/monthly/quarterly) These responsibilities ensure that recruitment processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and with a strong focus on candidate experience. What You Bring Required Qualifications: 1–3+ years of experience in operations, recruiting coordination, or administrative support Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience scheduling meetings (Zoom, Teams, etc.) Comfortable interacting with clinicians and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare recruiting or clinical staffing environments Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or HRIS systems Project management experience Advanced Excel or reporting/database knowledge Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience About OBStat, LLC In partnership with Ob Hospitalist Group, we recruit Locum OB-GYN clinicians and give them access to positions at top hospitals across the U.S. We provide opportunities for contract OB Hospitalists to work locally as a contract OB hospitalist one shift at a time, or travel the country as a locum OB-GYN.
