Network Infrastructure Consultant – Studio Performance Assessment
We operate a professional video production studio handling hundreds of gigabytes to 1TB+ of media daily. We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Consultant / Systems Engineer to assess and improve the performance and reliability of our internal network and server environment.
This is a diagnostic and optimization engagement focused on identifying bottlenecks, configuration issues, or infrastructure limitations impacting production workflows.
Scope of Initial Engagement:
- Review current network topology and hardware
- Assess switching, storage, and server performance
- Identify configuration or throughput constraints
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations
Required Experience:
- High-bandwidth studio or enterprise LAN environments (1GbE / 10GbE or higher)
- NAS/SAN systems supporting media workflows
- Performance troubleshooting in production environments
- Familiarity with media collaboration platforms (LucidLink, Frame.io, etc.)
