We’re hiring a Streaming Video Software Engineer (LATAM only) Are you passionate about real-time video and high-performance software development? Join our team working with U.S.-based clients on cutting-edge streaming solutions. Key Requirements: • Strong programming skills in C++ and Python • Proven experience with real-time video stream processing • Hands-on knowledge of encoding/decoding/transcoding workflows • Solid experience with WebRTC (especially in SFU contexts, not just peer-to-peer) • Experience with NDI, particularly NDI HX • Practical use of GStreamer and RTP-based pipelines ⚙️ Additional Must-Haves: • Comfortable working on performance-sensitive applications (debugging, profiling) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Advanced English (required to work closely with U.S. teams) Time Zone: EST Location: LATAM candidates only ⭐ Nice to Have: • Familiarity with Java or Node.js • Understanding of low-level networking and multimedia systems We’re looking for smart, proactive, and autonomous engineers who communicate clearly and enjoy solving complex challenges.
