Celestica is a global leader in design, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions. They are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage logistics for international trade shows and events, ensuring smooth operations and effective vendor management. Responsibilities Play a key role in the end-to-end logistics for a high volume of tradeshows including material coordination, global shipping, and real-time tracking for all deliveries Coordinate logistics for internal and external events such as catering, shipping and signage Attend select trade shows and events to manage operations and ensure a high impact experience Manage full vendor processes from onboarding and contract execution in Ivalua to invoice management in SAP for a high volume of projects Act as the primary point of contact for vendors Update marketing resources on Celestica’s intranet including quarterly updates and sales and marketing materials Collaborate with the brand and marketing team to order, manage and distribute company branded merchandise for various events and marketing programs Support the brand and logo items program by managing the online store, restocks and catalogue Support broader brand and marketing initiatives Skills A university degree or college diploma, or the equivalent in working experience as a seasoned administrative professional or coordinator for international events or tradeshows Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience A 'logistics-first' mindset with the ability to manage complex shipping schedules, vendors, and inventory with precision The ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, global vendors, and external partners Have a great eye for detail with a proactive mindset to solve challenges Able to juggle multiple deadlines and workflows May be required to lift up to 30lbs Benefits A comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range.
