Job Description Reporting to the Head of Executive Compensation and Equity, our Global Executive Compensation Manager will be responsible for designing, managing, and evaluating compensation and rewards programs for our executive and partner population, while driving aspects of our global compensation strategy. This role ensures that executive compensation is competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organizational strategy, business performance and governance standards. A successful candidate will be a member of the People Team and work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, payroll, and our business partners. This role is a critical part of our People and Total Rewards team, with significant visibility at all levels across the organization and the opportunity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design, implement, and manage executive compensation programs including base salary, annual incentives, long‑term incentives, and special awards. Lead annual executive compensation cycles, including benchmarking, market analysis, pay recommendations, and communication materials. Primary contact for our partners and executive leadership to provide accurate, timely information to our leadership and key business stakeholders (i.e., Tax, Payroll, Accounting, People Team) and support compliance diligence. Prepare materials and analyses for the Compensation Committee of the Board and Executive Leadership Team, including program updates, pay recommendations, market data, and compliance insights. Conduct complex financial modeling, scenario analyses, and compensation cost forecasting. Analyze and interpret market and internal compensation data to support pay decisions and program enhancements. Continue evolving the executive compensation framework, operating model and processes, leveraging AI. Maintain and protect confidential data with great discretion. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certification are preferred (ie, CCP, SPHR, CECP) 5-8 years of increasing accountability in executive compensation and experience supporting Compensation Committees or executive‑level leadership strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in compensation design, analyses, education, and socialization of rewards programs in a high-growth, go-to-market, global organization. Passion for data storytelling with strong analytics expertise, with strong proficiency in Excel, Google sheets and other analytical tools. Quick learner and an independent, proactive working style, able to work with limited direction in a complex, fast-paced, results-oriented environment in which decisions are made collaboratively and within a high-performing, engaging team. Required to be fluent in English with excellent client-focused presentation, written and spoken communication. Additional Information This is a full-time position. This role is primarily remote. Candidates in NY may be encouraged to go into the office 1-2 days per week. Lead candidates will be located in EST in the U.S. and Canada. Compensation: $150-$160 USD, $120-$140 CAD. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
