Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Legal Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a keen eye for identifying top-tier candidates. If you are a skilled communicator with a knack for building relationships, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow and maintain accurate recruitment records. Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide guidance on recruitment processes and best practices to hiring teams. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance. Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in sales or talent acquisition. Familiarity with legal, technical, and executive recruiting. Strong research skills to identify top talent in the market. Ability to leverage various recruitment tools and platforms effectively. Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers. Knowledge of talent management principles and human resources practices.
