What We’re Looking For: Experienced Sales Professionals: You have a proven track record in LED lighting sales, utility rebate auditing, or a related field. A True Hunter: You thrive on prospecting, cold-calling, and closing deals. You aren’t afraid to make 125+ calls per week to build a sales funnel and lock in new clients. High Achiever Mentality: You aim to exceed quotas and want to make $500K+ annually. Relationship Builder: You understand how to leverage our 2,000+ happy client references to establish trust and win new business. Rebate Expertise: Knowledge of utility rebate programs and energy-saving solutions is a major plus. What You’ll Do: Consultative Sales: Educate clients on energy-saving LED solutions tailored to their business needs. Auditing Excellence: Conduct on-site and virtual audits using our state-of-the-art software. Build a Pipeline: Prospect, schedule appointments, and close deals in high-rebate utility areas across the U.S. Collaborate: Work closely with our installation and project management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
