The successful candidate will contribute to high‑quality online facilitation, while also playing a key role in module development, including the sourcing and management of authors, critical reviewers, and academic contributor Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of the learning materials that align with module objectives, industry expectations, and Milpark’s academic standards. Facilitate engaging, interactive online learning experiences, ensuring meaningful student participation and a supportive learning environment. Design, set, or commission assessments, including online tests, examinations, and other evaluative activities that align with module outcomes. Evaluate student performance through formative, summative, and practical assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning. Contribute to continuous quality assurance processes, ensuring the relevance, accuracy, and academic integrity of module content and assessment tools. Collaborate effectively with academic and administrative teams to promote student success, streamline academic processes, and support programme delivery. Education & Experience Requirements LLB (minimum requirement). Postgraduate qualification in Law or working toward one (preferred). Experience in teaching or tutoring in a higher education or professional training environment. Experience in module or curriculum design will be an advantage. Strong academic writing, research, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple contributors and meet development deadlines. Demonstrated commitment to student success and inclusive education.
