Project Manager- Land Development (Remote) Location: Fully Remote (Maryland Based) Employment Type: Full-Time Are you ready to make a lasting impact on communities and the environment? My client are looking for a Project Manager with a land development background to join their growing team. In this role, you'll work on projects that protect ecosystems, restore land, and improve infrastructure-helping create a safer, more sustainable world. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel for project needs. You'll collaborate with a talented team on diverse land development projects. What You'll Do β’ Provide technical guidance for site plans, erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater management plans, and land development/subdivision plans. β’ Perform hydrology, hydraulic, and drainage calculations. β’ Design erosion and sediment control measures and post-construction stormwater BMPs. β’ Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for grading plans, profiles, pipe networks, and 3D surfaces. β’ Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate with clients and assist in proposal preparation. What They are Looking For β’ Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field. β’ Professional Engineer (PE) license. β’ 10-15 years of civil engineering experience, including: β’ Hydrology and hydraulics β’ Erosion and sediment controls β’ Stormwater management β’ Land development β’ AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency β’ Strong communication and leadership skills.
