Our client is excited to offer a unique opportunity for aspiring developers through our Apprenticeships & Trainee program, focusing on becoming a Junior Web Developer specializing in Full Stack development. This program is designed for individuals with a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow within the tech industry. You will gain hands-on experience by working alongside senior developers, contributing to real-world projects, and developing a comprehensive understanding of front-end and back-end technologies. This fully remote apprenticeship provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and a structured learning path to equip you with the skills needed for a successful career in web development. It's an ideal pathway for motivated individuals seeking to launch their career in technology without prior professional experience. Program Structure & Responsibilities: Participate in intensive training modules covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js for front-end; Node.js, Python/Django, Ruby on Rails for back-end). Develop and maintain web applications under the guidance of experienced mentors. Collaborate with team members on coding, testing, and debugging applications. Learn to implement user-friendly interfaces and efficient server-side logic. Gain exposure to database management (SQL and NoSQL). Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and project planning sessions. Contribute to the development of APIs and integrations. Learn about version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies. Build a portfolio of completed projects to showcase your skills. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is a strong potential for full-time employment. What We're Looking For: A genuine passion for web development and a strong desire to learn. Basic understanding of programming concepts is a plus, but not required. Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to learning. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to dedicate yourself fully to the apprenticeship program. Must be 18 years or older. Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work. This is a fully remote apprenticeship program, offering a flexible and accessible learning experience. We offer a stipend during the apprenticeship period, designed to support you while you gain valuable skills and experience.
