Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Data Entry Specialist to help us build and maintain the foundation of our data systems. This is an entry-level role , ideal if you're starting your career and want to get hands-on experience in data, analytics, and real estate tech. You’ll work closely with our data team to make sure datasets are accurate, consistent, and ready to power real-world decisions. We value ownership , clarity , and continuous improvement . You won’t just enter data — you’ll help us make it better! Key Responsibilities Input and update real estate data across internal tools and databases Review and clean datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency Cross-check information from different sources Help structure raw data into usable formats Flag inconsistencies or missing data Support the team in preparing datasets for analysis and reporting Follow and improve data quality processes Key Skills & Behaviors Detail-oriented; you notice things others miss Focused on doing things properly and getting the most out of everything Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) Organized and able to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy Curious and willing to understand data and learn new tools and workflows Good communication skills and a team mindset Interested in data, analytics, or real estate Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with data entry, admin, or similar roles Experience with collecting info over the phone or cold calling (it's not a sales role but you might need to reach out to various individuals & organizations to request info) What you can expect: Fully remote setup with flexible working style Work in a small, fast-moving, startup-like team Learn how real-world data systems and pipelines work Grow into your next real estate and/or data role Be part of building tools that impact real estate decisions on a scale Α ny personal data submitted as part of your application will be processed in accordance with our candidate employees privacy notice.
