Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for: Providing top-notch support to arenaflex customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their questions and concerns about our tax return software and products. Assisting customers with basic navigation, downloading, logging in, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as answering very basic tax questions. Building strong relationships with customers, empathizing with their needs, and driving innovation to provide exceptional service. Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and advocacy. Participating in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance your knowledge and skills, including becoming a TurboTax Product Expert.
