At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level QA Analyst to join our team. You will contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment focused on IA testing and quality assurance process optimization. As a Mid-Level QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of automated and manual test cases. Your primary responsibilities will include defining and validating test scenarios, managing risks and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute functional, security, contract and exploratory tests. Write comprehensive Test Plans, analyzing technical & business requirements through Shift-Left approach. Document test scenarios with clarity and traceability. Implement test automation for APIs and front-end applications. Collaborate with agile teams to enhance quality assurance processes. Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Azure DevOps for backlog management and sprint tracking. Basic automation skills in Python or Playwright . Familiarity with BDD methodologies and Gherkin syntax. Experience with testing in AI contexts, including security and prompt engineering. Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher). Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with tools such as Postman , Cursor , Azure Devops and Git . Desirable Location: Preference for candidates residing in the Campinas Metropolitan Area .
