What We Offer: The Integration Validation Analyst is responsible for validating HL7 and FHIR integrations, performing interface testing, and ensuring message accuracy and reliability across healthcare systems. Verifies data integrity, system functionality, and compliance with Novant and industry standards. Only considering candidates with Epic Bridges Certifitcation and 5 years in system validation or integration, preferably in the Healthcare industry. This is a Remote Position. Candidates can be located in any state EXCEPT NY, NJ, IL, and CA. What We're Looking For: Education : 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field preferred. Experience : 5 years of experience in system validation or integration, preferably in the Healthcare industry, required. Licensure/Certification: Epic Bridges, required. Additional Skills (required): Must pass all Epic certifications with a passing grade within three tries. Capable knowledge in: HL7 standards and capable understanding of integration methodology and architecture Testing tools including API tools (Postman, SoapUI), HL7 validators or stimulators Data mapping Regular expressions IP protocol. Additional Skills (preferred): Capable knowledge in: Epic Bridges FHIR Intersystems HealthConnect Cloud (IHCC) File transfer standards (FTP, SFTP) Web Services What You'll Do: System Integration testing – Plan and execute validation steps for new system integrations. Create, execute, and review integration validation protocols and test scripts. Investigate integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and troubleshoot system anomalies during testing phase. Verify data accuracy during system updates, migrations, vendor upgrades, and initial build testing. Collaborates with cross-functional design and validation teams to develop and maintain testing scripts. Works closely with other build teams, ensuring test scripts accurately represent practiced workflows. Define use cases to include regression testing and edge case testing. Analyzes IT architecture requirements and systems/application compatibility to create the best testing scripts. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting testing failures. Thinks strategically to help define the answers to the changes within the organization Coordinates implementation of new and revised testing scripts with IT personnel, vendors, consultants, and customers. Shows full ownership and accountability for simple to complex assignments from start to finish. Strong advocate for the organization, showing flexibility as priorities change. Ensures integration best practices and standard operating procedures are followed. Participates in testing events.
