Job Description

The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for supporting Inside Sales Representatives (ISR's) along with managing a reasonably sized territory. Supervisor is responsible for providing training, job support and coaching on day-to-day activities. Assist in growing revenue by reaching out to existing and potential customers and converting leads into sales. Duties and responsibilities will include guiding the ISRs through customer engagement activities, ensuring forecasts and records are updated, and cascading information and training to the team. Eastern and Central Time Zone is preferred. Skills, Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience. 2– 5 years in inside sales Experience coaching and training peers Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills. Travel: up to 10% Duties & Responsibilities: Directly supervise team by providing guidance and coaching to regional ISR team members on project work and day to day activities. Lead and motivate the team to grow sales Utilize communication platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries Responsible for appropriate team coverage (accounting for vacations, illness and attendance issues.) Provide continuous feedback and input to team, including annual and mid-year written performance reviews and goal setting. Responsible for new account assessment within your regional team and assigning new accounts to the appropriate CSR/TSR as needed. Attend seminars, workshops, and conferences to improve on existing job knowledge. Travel to customers, end users, and industry partners as needed to support the business and build customer relationships. Prepare reports and updates as needed. Proactively prospect and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts. Collaborate closely with marketing, product management and outside sales to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential. Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and update sales activities, pipeline, and customer information accurately. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs, consistently striving for sales excellence. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to effectively position our products/services in the market. Forecast plan and budget on monthly and annual basis, support the team during forecasting process Other duties consistent with the general nature and focus of the position and/or the goals and objectives of the department may be assigned. Based on region, the expected salary range(s) for this in-person position is $70,000 - $116,337.00. ​The posted salary range is intended to provide a general idea of compensation.
