This engagement focuses on assessing the current operational state of the platform and identifying opportunities to strengthen performance, security, and long-term scalability. The role combines functional and technical oversight across CloudSuite Human Capital Management, Supply Chain, and Financial Management modules. The consultant will serve in an advisory capacity, delivering clear findings and practical recommendations to support system maturity and governance. Core Responsibilities Platform Review and Assessment Perform a structured evaluation of the CloudSuite environment following production deployment Examine overall solution architecture, configuration choices, and design alignment with best practices Identify technical, functional, and operational risks Security and Controls Evaluation Review tenant-level security configuration and role-based access Assess data protection, encryption practices, and governance controls Validate alignment with enterprise security and compliance expectations Integration and System Analysis Analyze inbound and outbound integrations across the CloudSuite ecosystem Review interface design, data movement, and system interdependencies Highlight inefficiencies and recommend improvements to reliability and maintainability Configuration and Operational Readiness Assess system alerts, notifications, and automated communications Validate setup supports effective monitoring, issue resolution, and operational oversight Documentation and Executive Reporting Produce a comprehensive assessment summary, including risks and improvement areas Deliver prioritized, actionable recommendations Present conclusions and guidance to senior stakeholders Required Experience Advanced knowledge of Infor CloudSuite across: Human Capital Management Supply Chain Management Financial Management Strong understanding of CloudSuite technical architecture and integration patterns Demonstrated experience conducting post-deployment assessments or system audits Ability to operate effectively across both functional and technical domains Preferred Background Involvement in large or complex CloudSuite implementations Prior experience in advisory, architectural review, or audit-focused engagements Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to leadership Key Skills and Attributes Analytical and risk-oriented mindset Structured problem-solving approach Ability to translate technical observations into business-relevant recommendations Clear and concise executive-level communication This is a remote position.
