We’re not looking for a typical “salesperson.” We’re looking for someone who knows how to connect with people, ask the right questions, and guide them toward a decision that helps them. If you’re confident on the phone, naturally conversational, and enjoy helping customers say “yes” to something valuable — keep reading. What You’ll Do: Answer inbound calls, texts, and messages from homeowners Guide potential clients through our services and help them choose what’s right Ask smart questions to understand needs (not just give information) Handle pricing conversations with confidence and clarity Follow up with leads who haven’t booked yet Track conversations and outcomes in our CRM (Maid Central / Go High Level) What This Role Is NOT: Not cold calling Not reading a script word-for-word Not just answering questions What We’re Looking For: Strong spoken English (clear, confident, natural tone) Ability to guide conversations (not just respond) Comfortable talking about pricing and asking for the sale Positive, engaging personality (people should like talking to you) Coachable and open to feedback Huge Advantage If You: Have sales or appointment-setting experience Have worked with U.S.- based customers Understand how to build trust quickly on calls Compensation: Base: $700 / $800 per month Performance bonuses based on bookings and results Why This Role Works: All leads are inbound — no cold outreach Clear process and training provided Opportunity to grow into a higher-level sales role To Apply: Record a short 1–2 minute video answering this: “Pretend I’m a homeowner.
