IT Project Manager – 18 Month Contract | Systems Implementation ESSENTIAL | Work from Home This role is not for generalist project managers. We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with proven, hands-on systems implementation expertise to lead high-impact transformation work across the organisation. If you’ve delivered complex system rollouts end-to-end and know what it takes to make them stick—this is your role. About the Role You’ll sit within a dynamic Transformation Office , leading the delivery of complex IT projects and contributing to broader programs of work. Your focus will be on end-to-end systems implementation , ensuring solutions are delivered, embedded, and delivering real business value. Key Responsibilities Systems Implementation (Core Focus – Must Have Experience) Lead end-to-end IT systems implementations from scoping through to go-live and optimisation Drive delivery across enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS or similar) Ensure successful system adoption through strong change and stakeholder engagement Identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges across systems Project & Program Delivery Manage full project lifecycle including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality Contribute to and manage cross-functional Programs of Work (POW) Ensure alignment to organisational strategy and transformation priorities Deliver strong governance, reporting, and performance tracking Stakeholder & Vendor Management Partner with senior leaders, business units, and project stakeholders Influence decision-making through insights and expertise Manage vendors, suppliers, and delivery partners to ensure outcomes are met Benefits Realisation & Continuous Improvement Drive value capture, benefits realisation, and measurable outcomes Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and delivery frameworks Support organisational capability uplift in project and change delivery Leadership & Capability Building Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to project teams and stakeholders Contribute to building a high-performing PMO and project delivery capability About Proven experience delivering IT systems implementations is essential Minimum 5+ years managing complex IT projects or programs Strong experience across enterprise systems ( ERP, CRM, HRIS or similar ) Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end delivery—not just phases Confident working across multiple projects or programs of work Strong stakeholder engagement across senior leadership levels Experience managing vendors and third-party delivery Tertiary qualification in Project Management or equivalent experience Why You’ll Want This Role Work from home flexibility – no commute, more control High-impact role delivering real systems transformation Work within a strategic Transformation Office environment Exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives and senior stakeholders A role where your systems expertise is genuinely valued and relied on Opportunity to influence, lead, and leave a lasting impact Applications close on 21/4/26.
