Gr. 9-12 SUMMER SCHOOL VIRTUAL HEALTH TEACHER (General Fund) Location: Virtual Salary: $40/Hourly (for a total of 30 hours) Reports To: Gr. 9-12 Summer School Director QUALIFICATIONS: ONE (1) POSITION AVAILABLE (Health - General Fund). Current Teaching Certificate (9-12). Candidates comfortable with remote learning and instructional technology. DESCRIPTION: Provide predominantly virtual student support for students going for initial health credit. (Position may require an occasional visit on-site at the Kaltz Center.) Provide individualized instruction to students in the Health class virtually. Prepare instructional resources. Keep academic records and submit them to the Summer School program Director. Communicate student progress to parents/guardians via multiple forms of communication, as appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned. Adherence to Core Competencies. Schedule: Five (5) hours per week, no more than 30 hours total.
