Gr. 9-12 SUMMER SCHOOL VIRTUAL ACADEMIC SUPPORT/MENTOR (Grant Funded) Location: Virtual Salary: $40/Hourly Reports To: Gr. 9-12 Summer School Director QUALIFICATIONS: TWO (2) POSITIONS AVAILABLE - Grant Funded Current Teaching Certificate (9-12) Candidates comfortable with remote learning and instructional technology DESCRIPTION: Complete weekly 2-way communications with assigned mentee students. Keep and submit mentor contact logs to the Program Director. Provide predominantly virtual student support. (Position may require an occasional visit into the Kaltz Center.) Collaborate with summer school core area Teachers of Record to provide individualized academic support to mentee students. Communicate student progress to parents/guardians via multiple forms of communication, as appropriate. Adherence to Core Competencies. (click here to see attachment) Program Dates: June 15, 2026- July 23, 2026. By accepting this position, you are committing to work the full program. Please plan vacations accordingly. Schedule: Five (5) hours per week.
