Job Description

Google Ads Specialist for Local Lead Generation (Home Services Companies) We’re looking for a Google Ads specialist to help manage and optimize campaigns for a growing marketing agency working with local home service businesses (bath and kitchen remodeling, plumbing, concrete, construction, etc.). Our primary focus is generating high-quality leads (not eCommerce), so experience with local lead generation is REQUIRED. What we need help with: • Setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search primarily) • Improving cost per lead (CPL) • Keyword research and targeting for local markets • Writing and testing ad copy • Ongoing optimization and performance tracking Bonus if you have: • Experience with home services (kitchen/bath remodeling, plumbing, concrete, etc.) • Familiarity with GoHighLevel • Experience improving landing page conversion rates • Have some experience running meta ads IMPORTANT: We are NOT looking for someone who just “runs ads.” We want someone who understands how to generate leads and lower cost per lead over time.
