Global Change Facilitator – Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP) Location: Remote (UK-based) with international travel About BioPhorum Established in 2004, BioPhorum is a leading global membership organisation that brings together senior leaders across the life sciences sector to collaborate, solve industry challenges, and accelerate progress. Following a year of strong growth—including the launch of its first data product and a strategic acquisition—BioPhorum is entering an exciting new phase and is now looking to hire a Global Change Facilitator to support its Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products (ATMP) Phorum. The Opportunity This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of science, strategy, and collaboration . As a Global Change Facilitator , you will guide cross-industry workstreams made up of senior experts from leading biopharma organisations. Your mission is to turn collaboration into tangible outcomes —from industry guidance and benchmarking to innovative solutions that shape the future of advanced therapies. You’ll combine facilitation, project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and structured thinking to help groups navigate complex challenges and deliver meaningful change across the industry. About the ATMP Phorum The ATMP Phorum sits at the cutting edge of cell, gene, and RNA therapies , supporting organisations to: Accelerate product development and time-to-market Improve manufacturing processes Advance analytics and standards Navigate regulatory complexity Adapt to a rapidly evolving industry landscape You will work with global experts tackling some of the most important challenges in modern biopharmaceuticals. Key Responsibilities Facilitate and lead workstreams of global subject matter experts, driving engagement and delivering high-quality, outcome-focused outputs Create highly collaborative environments that encourage knowledge sharing and innovation Guide projects from concept to delivery , ensuring timelines, structure, and outcomes are clearly defined Design and facilitate in-person and virtual events , ensuring strong engagement and value for members Co-create impactful deliverables such as industry guidance, benchmarking studies, and publications Monitor member engagement and proactively address risks or challenges Maintain and utilise internal systems (e.g. CRM, reporting tools, knowledge hubs) Capture and communicate value stories and insights across the organisation Contribute to continuous improvement within the Phorum and broader BioPhorum team About You You are a natural facilitator and structured thinker who thrives in complex, collaborative environments. Essential Experience & Skills: Background in life sciences, biopharma, biotech, or CDMO environments Experience in project management, change programmes, or transformation initiatives Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills —able to bring groups on a journey Ability to synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights Experience working across cross-functional teams (e.g. R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, commercial) Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments You’ll also bring: A passion for collaboration and industry impact Strong communication and facilitation skills A proactive, bias-to-action mindset Ability to balance structure with flexibility Confidence working in a remote, globally distributed tea Location & Travel Home-based (UK) Travel required: Minimum 2 UK trips per year Minimum 2 international trips per year (events and member engagement) Why Join BioPhorum?
