About the role We are looking for the Global Business Process Expert – Sales. This role holds a critical position responsible for overseeing the global business process optimization in Sales area. The role will ensure IT landscape is aligned to business objectives and is executed to support business success. This role will focus on 3 areas: Strategic Alignment & Business Value Realization by •Bridging a critical gap between technology and business goals •Validating change impacts and prioritize demands based on business value Process Optimization & Automation by •Fixing the inefficiencies in the business operational processes then support in digitizing the process with automation •Preventing duplicated efforts and rework to improve productivity Enhanced Collaboration & Efficiency by •Fostering collaborations, reduce communication and management cost •Helping to avoid duplicated effort and invest with full-picture of E2E processes. Reports to BPO Team Manager Key responsibilities Support the 1Way implementation project to the end for designated area. Act as the Product Owner of designated area. Maintain and update the blueprints of designated area. Responsible to drive and lead activities and support GPO To optimize e2e processes To ensure 1Way actual benefit realized meet planned target. Integrate benefit realization activities into business operational processes. Streamline the end-to-end business operational processes. Provide guidance or training to key users on business operational processes. Identify opportunities to innovate the existing processes. Own all requests from designated functions. Analyze new demands/requirements and drive the development of business cases for Steer Committee’s approval. Define priorities of requirements within budget. Lead and drive the realization of the improvement of processes. Participation in Machining initiatives in relevant domain as needed About you If you're excited to contribute and make a difference, we'd love to connect with you! Strong business acumen and customer centric. Proven knowledge of modern technologies and trends. Proficiency in SAP, sales business process design and roadmap development and execution. Expertise in SAP solutions with hands-on experience is preferred. Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams and projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
