Osaic is a financial services firm seeking a Finance Business Intelligence Analyst I to join their team. The role involves driving critical reporting, strategic direction, and evaluating firm-wide performance through data analytics and collaboration with various corporate functions. Responsibilities Build foundational subject matter expertise in financial and wealth management data under guidance and supervision Support strategic initiatives by producing analyses, reports, and dashboards Assist stakeholders in understanding business questions and contributing to analytical solutions Develop and maintain analytical code and queries using established standards Follow data quality, documentation, and control standards Present findings clearly with guidance and mentoring Skills Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn Knowledge of data analytics software and tools (e.g. Python, R) and data querying languages (e.g. SQL, Snowflake) Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively Internship or entry-level experience in analytics, finance, or related fields Familiarity with Python, SQL, or BI tools such as Power BI Basic understanding of data governance concepts Benefits Health Vision Dental insurance 401k Paid time away Volunteer days Much more Company Overview Osaic provides the support, resources, and community designed for the future of wealth management.
