Finance & Compliance Controller Manager Overview The Finance & Compliance Controller Manager is a key role responsible for the financial coordination, reporting, and compliance oversight of Delver Agents . This position works closely with the Senior Administration Manager and reports directly to the Managing Director on financial, accounting, and strategic initiatives. The role requires strong knowledge of US GAAP , hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) , and a solid background in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams, ensure financial accuracy and compliance, and support leadership in data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Accounting Close & General Financial Oversight Coordinate and manage the monthly accounting close in compliance with US GAAP Ensure timely and accurate monthly closes within the ERP system Review monthly general ledger accounts, including income statement and balance sheet Monitor and control intercompany accounts and related transactions Accounts Payable (AP) Support the Accounts Payable team during monthly close cycles Post journal entries related to payroll, bank fees, amortizations, accruals, and other general adjustments Review and validate accounting records for accuracy and compliance Record vendor invoices and process payments as needed Perform bank reconciliations Monitor and reconcile corporate credit card transactions Accounts Receivable (AR) Support the Accounts Receivable team during financial close Track and record customer collections Prepare and maintain customer account statements Respond to client billing and account inquiries when necessary Financial Reporting & Budgeting Assist in preparing monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports Support the development and monitoring of the annual budget Prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders and clients, as required Cost Analysis, Strategy & KPIs Support cost analysis and budget preparation across the Delver Agents unit Assist in developing rate sheets in collaboration with the Invoicing Manager and Managing Director Identify and support cost‑reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements Provide financial analysis and tools to support supplier negotiations Oversee financial performance to ensure ongoing control and efficiency Cash Management Review weekly cash forecasts Prepare and monitor payment plans Track and reconcile cash advances Support the Senior Administration Manager in monitoring cash flow Qualifications & Skills Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Solid background in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively across departments Strong communication skills in a fast‑paced, operational environment A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance C1 English level 5+ Years of Experience
