Crowe is one of the largest public accounting, consulting, and technology firms in the United States, seeking a Finance and Accounting Consultant to join their dynamic team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality Client Accounting Services, contributing to accounting operations, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives while developing technical and client service skills. Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for multiple client engagements Perform general ledger maintenance, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data through detailed review and documentation Assist in preparing Management Reporting Packages for client delivery Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management processes as needed Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Coordinate with tax professionals to gather and organize required tax reporting information Maintain compliance with Crowe’s independence and risk governance framework Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with implementing best practices Support client meetings by preparing materials, reports, and follow-up documentation Manage assigned tasks across multiple engagements while meeting deadlines Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required 1-3+ years of experience in outsourced accounting, Client Accounting Services (CAS), or public accounting Foundational knowledge of GAAP Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with accounting and financial systems such as QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Bill.com, Ramp, ADP, Paycor, Gusto, Expensify, and intermediate to advanced Excel Travel up to 10–20% as needed CPA, CMA, CGMA, ACCA, or progress toward certification preferred Benefits Comprehensive total rewards package Company Overview Crowe LLP is a public accounting, consulting, and technology firm.
