Role Overview: Under the direction of the UAT Team Lead, the UAT Testing Analyst executes comprehensive functional and regression test plans in support of global system changes. Supports testing for all projects and required changes that impact systems from start to finish. Work Arrangements: Remote- Associate can work remotely anywhere in the United States Responsibilities: Represents UAT in meetings with stakeholders as required Manage multiple cases/projects for multiple LOBs Must meet established standard levels of agreement (SLA’s) for productivity and quality standards and complete reports as required Assist in the development of business requirements Analyze requirements to determine testing scope Development of extensive testing scenarios through comprehensive analysis of all components impacting claims payment, including providers, agreements, members, etc. Creation of test approach documentation, including scripts Successful execution of test cases with thorough analysis of the results to validate the correctness of system modifications Identification, documentation, and tracking of all defects Collaboration with development teams to resolve problems and recommend solutions when needed Education/Experience: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience 1+ years FACETS Systems experience or systems testing in a healthcare setting required Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required Strong analytical and research skills required Our Comprehensive Benefits Package Flexible work solutions including remote options, hybrid work schedules, Competitive pay, Paid time off including holidays and volunteer events, Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents on Day 1, 401(k) Tuition reimbursement and more.
