With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. **The Role** As a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager, you'll be working closely with our customers throughout their lifecycle, helping them identify growth opportunities and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed. You'll be a champion for our customers, working collaboratively with our US and LATAM sales teams to build a large portfolio of customers.
