Our technology has been adopted by top retailers, manufacturers, and logistics companies worldwide, and we're committed to continuing our innovation and expansion. **The Role** We're seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Enterprise Success team and lead the success of one of our largest retail customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the overall success of this account, working closely with our client to understand their needs, develop strategic plans, and execute initiatives that drive business outcomes.
