Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and customer service, and we're committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters professional growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you will be responsible for: * Participating in both voice and non-voice processes as required * Professionally managing inbound and outbound calls * Verifying third-party information using online databases for accuracy * Reviewing and finalizing enrichment tasks as instructed during training sessions * Conducting data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, while following up with various state boards for status updates * Ensuring all tasks are executed timely and with high quality * Undertaking additional responsibilities as needed **Required Skills** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * A willingness to engage in both voice and non-voice tasks * Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities * Flexibility and adaptability to process and information changes * Computer proficiency is preferred * A stable internet connection is essential * A quiet and dedicated workspace at home **Qualifications** While experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or similar customer service roles is advantageous, we welcome applications from individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
