We're dedicated to fostering a culture that promotes growth, development, and collaboration among our team members. **Job Summary** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our investment operations and client services. You will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments, as well as processing exchange buy and sell transactions, identifying and addressing breaks, and handling corporate activity events. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments, including processing exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles. * Identify and address breaks recognized between arenaflex and the fund business or transfer representatives. * Handle corporate activity events, settle/reconcile transfer activity, and process/reconcile returns activity. * Conduct research on complex/escalated issues, perform testing/validation of new technology improvements, and provider modifications. * Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Company Actions that directly impact Client/Advisor accounts. * Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Company Teams through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce. * Communicate with and work with arenaflex Cleaning in daily connections with fund companies, transfer brokers, opposite organizations, and other outside company partners. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. * 1-2 years of experience in investment operations, data entry, or a related field; experience with arenaflex or similar systems a plus. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with various teams and partners. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with investment products, including stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. * Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3. * Experience with data reconciliation and problem-solving. * Certifications, such as Series 7 or 66, a plus. **Skills and Competencies:** * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Communication and interpersonal skills. * Time management and organization. * Adaptability and flexibility. * Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** We're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
