You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 7 AM and 11 PM ET, seven days a week. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer inbound calls and maintain professionalism with callers, addressing their complaints and questions in a timely and empathetic manner. * Follow established work instructions and scripts for calls and documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency. * Provide exceptional customer service, actively managing one-on-one relationships with callers to build trust and resolve issues efficiently. * Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's proprietary solutions. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 7 AM and 11 PM ET, seven days a week. * Above basic proficiency with computers and smartphones, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite. * Ability to complete Day Zero Certification self-led trainings, Registration Intake Training, and Helpline Training, scheduled by the customer, before taking phone calls. **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous call center experience, although not required, is preferred. * We welcome skilled entry-level candidates and provide comprehensive training to ensure success. * U.S. citizenship status is required, as this position is governed by a government contract. * Must live in the United States. * Must be 18 years or older. * Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and credit check. **Technical Requirements** * A laptop or desktop with at least 8GB of RAM. * A wired headset with a microphone for clear communication. * Two monitors are preferred but not mandatory. * A quiet, distraction-free, private workspace. * Reliable access to broadband internet connectivity. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to your growth and development.
