As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be the digital voice of our creators, responding to fans, building relationships, and generating sales through premium content, pay-per-view messages (PPVs), and upsells. If you're a self-motivated, charismatic individual with a passion for fast-paced chat environments, we want to hear from you. **About the Role** As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for responding to OnlyFans messages in real-time with warmth, creativity, and charm. You'll use custom scripts, brand voice guidelines, and campaigns to drive engagement and PPV sales, while maintaining fast response times (under 5 minutes during shifts). You'll also track your personal sales performance via our CRM, ensuring you're always on top of your game. This is a commission-only contractor position, perfect for individuals who love the thrill of chat environments, know how to flirt with finesse, and can sell without sounding salesy.
