Your responsibilities will include: * Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted * Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents * Reporting directly to the Quality Control Lead/Manager * Completing Data Entry of all requests * Recording any relevant notes on specific requests for further/proper handling throughout the request life cycle * Identifying and accurately classifying each request * Upholding arenaflex's values by following our C.R.A.F.T. principles * Working quickly to meet the high-volume demand **Requirements** * 40 wpm typing speed * High-speed internet connection * Goal-oriented, focused on ensuring accuracy and speed * Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs * Attention to detail * Knowledge of grammar and punctuation * Ability to work within time constraints **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous experience in data entry or quality control preferred * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, computer science) * Experience working in a healthcare or medical records setting * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) or other healthcare software * Certification in medical records or a related field (e.g., RHIT, RMA) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Familiarity with database software and other healthcare technology **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
